![]() ![]() In the particular situation, I might have recommended our for a small office like yours. We really hate to see you go as a NEC customer. Thanks for the feedback, and totally understand. I guess had I been happy with the job our last vendor did, we would have gone to them to replace the system, but alas, it was not meant to be. I was able to get the IP PBX running and connected to it with a softphone and so far was able to configure it to do everything we wanted. We are putting in a Grandstream system (UCM6104) with some physical IP phones and the rest softphones. Our office is pretty small (7 people) as well, so not sure where that fits in with the target customer for NEC. No longer working with a vendor so I don't think NEC is really a practical route to go on your own (I am doing the installation myself). I am not longer working with the Vendor who installed the system (about 4 years ago). I think I need this utility to reset the card. I recently bought a refurbished InMail Flash card online (the old flash card was preventing the system from booting up successfully) and simply plugging it in does not work (the system boots up, but voicemail and auto attendant does not work). Also, I understand there is an InMail Flash Utility that is needed to configure the flash card. ![]() The version of PCPro I have does not have the drivers to run on Win 10, so it does not connect to the SV8100. ![]() I am also looking for a current version of PCPro to be able to restore a backed up configuration. Here you can find registry and disk entries that Advanced Uninstaller PRO stumbled upon and classified as 'leftovers' on other users' computers. This page simply contains detailed info on how to uninstall SV8100 PC Pro in case you decide this is what you want to do. Software Application Disclaimer This page is not a recommendation to uninstall SV8100 PC Pro by NEC Unified Solutions from your PC, nor are we saying that SV8100 PC Pro by NEC Unified Solutions is not a good application for your computer. The most common release is 9.50.00, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version. ![]() SV8100 PC Pro is a software program developed by NEC Unified Solutions. Here are some links to a video on SV8100. When it comes up, connect to PC Pro and near bottom of first screen on right side, check system software is at 9.5. ![]()
